Cadhay, a beautiful historic Tudor manor house offering luxurious self-catering accommodation for up to 22 people, with three-holiday cottages on-site providing additional accommodation for 12–14 people.
Cadhay is situated 1 mile to the North of Ottery and is an ideal location for groups of friends or family to stay and is often used for special celebrations or reunions. The house and gardens are also licensed for weddings.

Cadhay is also open to the public 2-5 on Friday afternoons from May to September and the late May and August Bank Holiday Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
These open days include guided tours of the house which recount its history dating back to the early 15th century.
